Sage is an 8-year-old wild burro from Nevada’s Selenite Range.
She’s whip-smart, fiery, and full of spirit. Though Sage has had a tough start at the rescue, she’s trying her absolute hardest every day. She’s truly beautiful inside and out, and her trust is something incredibly special—when she offers it, you know you’re lucky. Sage is working through some ongoing medical issues, but with care and time, we believe she’ll soon be feeling her best and living the happy, comfortable life she deserves.
